Plus, with pre-stretching during the manufacturing process, our twine is designed to avoid breakages, compensating for the recovery rates of different materials—especially plastic film, which has higher kinetic energy compared to cardboard.

We stock four main baling wire products to meet the needs of different baling systems:

• Pre-Cut and Looped: Designed for hand-tying and use with semi-automatic balers. Available in various lengths depending on bale size, offering flexibility and ease of use.
• Rewound Coils (25kg or 40kg): Suitable for automatic balers, with different formats based on machine type and manufacturer, ensuring compatibility with your equipment.
• Formers (500kg or 1000kg): Ideal for large processors using fully automatic balers, these bulk formats handle high volumes of waste materials.
• Quick-Link: A practical option for semi-automatic closed-end balers, available in various lengths depending on machine type and bale size.

Baling wire is a stronger tying medium than other options like baling tape, providing extra security during transit. However, for certain semi-automatic balers, baling tape may be a cost-effective alternative, reducing operating costs while maintaining adequate security for your bales.
